Where we ship
We currently accept orders for delivery to valid addresses within the United States. We do not ship to freight forwarders or destinations restricted by applicable trade, sanctions, or export-control laws.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders normally require 1–3 business days to process before shipment. Standard delivery is normally estimated at 4–8 business days after dispatch. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, address issues, and unusually high order volume may affect these estimates.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $6.95. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $29 or more after discounts and before taxes. Any applicable shipping charge and tax will be displayed before you submit the order.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address. Contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be located.
Delays and unavailable items
If we cannot ship within the time stated on the product or checkout page, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate where possible, and offer the option to consent to the delay or cancel the affected item for a prompt refund.
Damage or loss
Contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photographs of the package and item. We will review the carrier record and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when the claim is validated.
