Currency and final price
All prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD). Before you place an order, checkout will show the merchandise subtotal, discounts, shipping charges, and any applicable sales tax.
Card processing
When card payments are enabled, they are processed by Stripe using encrypted payment fields. TERVANOXA does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by device and eligibility.
Verification and fraud prevention
We may use address verification, security-code checks, device and transaction signals, and additional authentication such as 3D Secure. We may contact you to verify an order or decline a transaction that presents an unacceptable fraud, sanctions, or security risk.
Billing descriptor
Your card statement will identify TERVANOXA, or a closely related legally recognizable descriptor configured with our payment processor. Contact us before filing a dispute if you do not recognize a charge so we can investigate promptly.
