Return window
You may request a return of an eligible item within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact info@tervanoxa.com before sending anything. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Eligibility
An eligible item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase. We may reasonably reduce a refund where handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item has diminished its value.
Items not eligible for return
Personalized or made-to-order goods, gift cards, final-sale items clearly identified before purchase, hygiene-sensitive goods after their protective seal is opened, and digital content after delivery or download are not returnable except where defective or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Return shipping
We pay reasonable return shipping for an incorrect, damaged, or materially defective item. For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product page or a promotion states otherwise. Original shipping charges are not refundable except for our error or where required by law.
Refund timing
After the authorized return is received and inspected, we will email the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 2 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Exchanges
Availability cannot be guaranteed. The fastest way to obtain a different item is usually to complete an authorized return and place a new order.
Return address
The public business mailing address is not a return warehouse. The correct return destination depends on the item and will be supplied with the return authorization.
