To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@tervanoxa.com with the order number. We will cancel and refund an order that has not entered fulfillment.
Once an order has been packed, transmitted to a fulfillment partner, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may then request a return under the Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery. A cancellation is effective only after we confirm it in writing.
If we cancel because an item is unavailable, a payment review cannot be completed, or fulfillment is prohibited by law, we will notify you and release or refund the affected amount promptly.
